Child & baby Car Seat Installation

Cascie changed our baby seat from back facing to forward-facing. She was probably the best installer we have experienced. We have used a large baby company installer before, but Cascie took installing to another level. Our family had never realized there was so much involved.

Cascie was incredible, I was blown away by her level of care and customer service. Cascie came over first thing on Boxing Day (can you believe it?) to help install a car seat after I had been in a car accident while heavily pregnant. Cascie made the trip all the way across town to our home even though it was the only job she was doing that day just because she didn’t want us to be stuck over the holidays. She even followed up with a call after she left to discuss the seat in my husband's car because she was genuinely concerned. An obvious passion for safety and great attention to detail.
